At last the book has finally been released!
It is in both Paperback and Kindle versions on Amazon bookstores in many countries.
I have been amazed at the amount of work it has taken to get it to this stage. Now I am hoping it will not only inspire all those who read it but, most importantly, help them to achieve high levels of morale and performance with their teams.

The general response so far has been that it is easy to read and I was very satisfied to hear that another contact of mine distributed a number of copies to senior managers of divisions in the company he is in and, after reading it, two divisions have apparently already stated they want to implement the concepts.
